Posting requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, chemistry and other related majors (excellent conditions can be relaxed);

2. more than three years of chemical synthesis laboratory experience, familiar with all aspects of the laboratory and the operation process, familiar with the operation of various types of chemical equipment, strong hands-on ability;

3. good interpersonal and organizational communication skills, serious and responsible work, strong sense of responsibility, and a high sense of obedience;

4. able to cope with the pressure and challenge of multiple projects at the same time, and work in a well-organized manner;
