Job Responsibilities

(1) Responsible for synthetic process development, optimization and quality research of pharmaceutical raw materials.

(2) Responsible for the completion of literature review and graphical analysis and the design of synthetic routes

(3) Responsible for the synthesis of impurities related to the project, and provide samples for analysts to find out analytical methods.

(4) Responsible for the pilot scale-up of the project and assist in solving the process problems encountered in production.

Qualifications

(1) Master's degree or above, majoring in medicinal chemistry or other related majors (the qualification can be relaxed if the work experience is excellent).

(2) More than 2 years of experience in organic synthesis in a medium to large R&D company, familiar with the development and optimization of synthesis process of pharmaceutical raw materials or intermediates.

(3) Proficiency in organic synthesis process development knowledge and skills, understanding of drug production and equipment related knowledge.

(4) Strong learning ability, active and willing to work, able to independently lead the team to carry out the work.
